Car Overheating When Idle Honda Civic


So we replaced that and it worked fine for a few weeks, but this morning on the way to work it happened again. I have a 2002 honda civic lx, recently it's been overheating when im on idle when i'm in traffic, we recently changed the thermostat in the car, and it still over heating when i'm idle and it spilling antifreeze from reservoir, i think i have an ideas what might be the problem is that there is trapped air bubbles and i don't know if honda have a bleeder?
